Purpose of role
Support business organic growth strategy through lead generation opportunities across all digital channels with focus on referral opportunities, new business through key lead generation partners and new lead nurturing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Use client review data to identify and deliver new business opportunities through referral schemes and existing clients. Develop and execute online campaigns to support advisers with new business generation, to meet new business targets
Work with key 3rd party lead generation provider to generate new business opportunities and drive continual growth of the channel
Work with internal teams to align and adjust lead generation activity with business objectives
Identify new 3rd party lead generation opportunities
Identify lead nurturing opportunities
Use Hubspot to support lead generation activity and reporting
Experience / Skills Required
At least 5 years digital marketing experience
Proven track record in developing and implementing end to end digital lead generation strategies
Experience and skills in lead capture methods and lead nurturing tactics
Solid understanding of multiple digital channels and/or deep knowledge of PPC, email marketing, social media or affiliate marketing
Practical experience with marketing automation and analytic tools especially Hubspot and Google Analytics
Experience within the financial services industry
Understanding of GDPR, PECR, and other data privacy regulations, plus appreciation for FCA regulations and principles for consumer outcomes.
Ability to think strategically
Team and stakeholder collaboration – experience working with sales, content and design teams both internal and external
Analytical and reporting skills
